Job DetailsLocation: Litchfield Park, AZ Pay Rate: $19.00/hourSchedule: Monday–Friday (occasional overtime as needed)Position Type: Full-time | Temp-to-HireLanguage Preference: Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferredWhat You’ll DoAssemble custom wooden crates for shipmentUse hand and power tools in a manufacturing settingRead blueprints or basic diagrams to build crates to specWork safely and efficiently in a team environmentIdeal Candidate HasAt least 3 months of experience in crate manufacturing, carpentry, construction, or landscapingBasic knowledge of blueprints and industrial toolsStrong attention to detail and a safety-first mindsetBilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
