What is the opportunity?
•Responsible for answering incoming calls received on all product lines from the general contact centre telephone lines
•Responsible for working in a team-oriented, multi-disciplinary and digital environment
•Participate in projects within the department as assigned
What will you do?
•Proficiency in handling all call types with little to no assistance
•Able to monitor and maintain the Contact Centre email inbox
•Meet all call service standards
•Maintain Quality Assurance levels
•Skill building and development
•Implement and effectively manage change
•Participate in projects and initiatives within Life & Health Claims
What will you need to succeed?
•1 to 2 years of Customer Service knowledge or relevant experience
•Proficient on claims systems for lines of businesses being supported
•Proven problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify additional sources to uncover vital information not otherwise available
•Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
•Prioritize and perform effectively under tight deadlines
•Quickly adapt to changing circumstances
•Proven ability to multi-task and balance goals and priorities
Special Conditions
Please note this is a 12 month contract position. As well, you must be fluently bilingual in both English and French to apply. Only applicants fluent in both languages will be considered for this position.
