Bilingual Claims Analyst - Property & Casualty

We are looking for a talented professional to join our Operations team at Marsh. This position will be based in Bogotá. It is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

The Bilingual Property & Casualty Claims Analyst will support the entire process of creating, assigning, and notifying claims.

We will count on you to:

Receive and review claims notifications from clients.

Create claims in the system and perform an initial analysis of the affected policies.

Search for and attach relevant documents for the advisory area and archive emails in our system.

Manage the email inbox and perform coverage triage.

What you need to have:

Technical or technologist degree in insurance, administration, or related fields.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Property and Casualty insurance (Transport, machinery, fire, liability, IRF).

Experience in claims triage.

Advanced English.
