日本のクライアントステークホルダーとインドのオフショア開発/サポートチームとの主要な連絡役を務めるクライアントとの要件収集、明確化、議論に参加する技術要件とビジネス要件を翻訳して解釈し、言語やチーム間で正確にスコープを設定するオンサイトとオフショア間で、プロジェクトの最新情報、リスク、成果物をタイムリーかつ正確に伝達するプロジェクトの計画、オフショア活動と成果物の優先順位付けと追跡をするテスト、UAT、問題解決を両チームと連携するオフショアチームに文化的および運用上のガイダンスを提供して、コラボレーションと効率を向上させる細部への注意力と、さまざまな利害関係者と効果的に協力するための強力なコミュニケーションおよびコラボレーションスキルを活用した業務

 

Serve as the primary liaison between Japanese client stakeholders and offshore development/support teams in IndiaParticipate in requirement gathering, clarifications and discussions with client.Translate and interpret technical and business requirements and scope accurately across languages and teams.Ensure timely and accurate communication of project updates, risks and deliverables between onsite and offshoreSupport in project planning, prioritization and tracking of offshore activities and deliverablesSupport testing, UAT and issues resolution in coordination with both teamsProvide cultural and operational guidance to the offshore team to improve collaboration and efficiency.The candidate must have attention to detail, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a range of stakeholders

An opportunity is available with a leading Japanese medical device company for a long-term and scalable engagement. As this is a new business, the selected candidate will become a core member, contributing significantly to the company's growth.

The ideal candidate should have six to eight years of experience as bridge between onsite and offshore. Experience in requirement elicitation and document creation is essential. We seek individuals who are proactive, energetic, and possess a positive mindset, eager to collaborate.

Additionally, the candidate must have strong reading and writing skills in English and native level Japanese.

ITまたはソフトウェアサービスドメインでのブリッジまたはコーディネーターの役割で最低4〜6年の経験製品開発ライフサイクルまたはSDLCおよびオフショアデリバリーモデルに関する深い理解優れた対人コミュニケーション(日本語と英語の両方)スキルとステークホルダーマネジメントスキル多文化環境で独立・協力して働く確かな能力

 

Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in bridge or coordinator role in IT or software services domainSolid understanding of product development lifecycle or SDLC and offshore delivery models.Excellent interpersonal communication (both Japanese and English) skills and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment

 

■尚可要件■ Good to Have

医療機器業界での経験血液透析装置での経験があると尚可医療製品開発に関する規制基準およびガイドラインに精通していること（IEC62304 / IEC62366 / IEC60601-1-6 / ISO14971）アジャイル/スクラムの方法論に精通している
