**Job Title: Bilingual - Admin Assistant** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Admin Assistant to join a small specialty construction company. The ideal candidate will possess strong mathematical skills and be an excellent communicator in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken. **Responsibilities** + Confirm time cards and enter payroll data accurately. + Verify, scan, and reconcile credit card receipts. + Conduct job costing and supervise safety training sessions. + Maintain confidential records and calendar important dates. + Translate documents and coordinate with employees. + Perform general office duties as needed. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. + Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. + Strong administrative assistance capabilities. + Basic math skills. + Excellent scheduling abilities. + Effective translation skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to conduct internet research. + Experience in scheduling and booking hotels. + Organizational skills. + Self-starter mindset. **Why Work Here?** Join a laid-back and flexible work environment where communication is key.
