Bilingual Accounts Payable Specialist

**Adecco** is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Bilingual (Japanese) AP Operations Specialist** to join our Payee Operations Team within the Corporate Accounts Payable organization. This hybrid position is an essential part of our team, responsible for providing critical support to our Japanese clients, ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of invoices, expense claims, and corporate card administration. + **Pay Rate** : $ 22.12/hr
+ **Location:** Hybrid in Charlotte, NC or Riverside, RI
+ **Shift** : M – F 8:00am – 5:00pm
+ **Type:** Temp to hire
**Responsibilities:**
+ Client Services: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external Japanese clients, handling inquiries related to system navigation, invoice processing, and employee expense reimbursement via a shared mailbox and helpdesk hotline.
+ Corporate Card Administration: Manage the full lifecycle of Japanese corporate cards, including new applications, credit limit adjustments, and cancellations.
+ Invoice and Expense Management:
+ Research and resolve complex invoice issues and address inquiries from the call-back queue.
+ Proactively follow up with internal business units to ensure timely approval of unapproved invoices and aging items.
+ Assist with weekly exposure reports and bank reconciliation tasks.
+ Perform invoice indexing and act as a reviewer to ensure correct tax applications on vendor invoices.
+ Payee Set-ups: Accurately set up and maintain payee information in our systems.
**Qualifications:**
+ **Fluency in both English and Japanese (speaking, reading, writing, and typing) is essential** .
+ At least one year of experience in an Accounts Payable (AP) role.
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
+ Proven ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively manage complex issues.

**Pay Details:** $22.12 per hour
