Description We are looking for a skilled and personable Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This is a long-term contract opportunity that requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to provide outstanding service to our customers. The ideal candidate will navigate complex systems while maintaining high standards of professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring their needs are met accurately and promptly. • Build strong rapport with callers, addressing concerns in a timely and compassionate manner. • Utilize multiple systems and applications to research, analyze, and resolve customer requests efficiently. • Maintain high-quality performance standards and adhere to established protocols. • Develop a foundational understanding of personal lines insurance principles and the company's products. • Collaborate with team members and business partners to enhance the customer experience. • Work a 40-hour weekly schedule, including occasional Saturdays and overtime as needed. • Assist with special projects and requests, contributing to team objectives. • Complete additional tasks and duties as assigned to support operational needs. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree or ongoing education is preferred. • 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry is essential. • Strong customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. • Proficiency in computer navigation, multi-tasking, and utilizing multiple applications. • Ability to work onsite and maintain accountability in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
