As a Big Data BA, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting critical business and data analysis in the Global Financial Crimes environment. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a creative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

**What's the Job?**
+ Responsible for business and data analysis in the Global Financial Crimes environment.
+ Work effectively in a fully mature agile team.
+ Collaborate closely with business partners to define requirements and ensure acceptance criteria are met for application changes.
+ Utilize knowledge of database and querying tools to support data-driven decisions.
+ Drive requirements gathering by partnering with multiple technology and business teams.
**What's Needed?**
+ 10+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Knowledge of SQL and database technologies.
+ Good analytical and critical thinking skills.
+ Experience with agile methodology and processes.
