 Bids & Tenders Administrator (fix-term)

Location: Spain

How will you make an impact?

As our Sr Customer Service Administrator, you will be at the forefront of delivering outstanding service to our customers. Your role will be crucial in ensuring flawless administrative support and maintaining seamless operations. You will work closely with various teams to successfully implement solutions that improve our customers' experiences.

What you will do:

Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers, providing quotations and addressing inquiriesPrepare and analyze reports on customer interactions and service metricsManage administrative resources and documentation to ensure compliance and efficiencyCoordinate the customer database, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurateCoordinate with the finance team to request and manage bank guaranteesEnsure all necessary certificates and documents are acquired and maintained strictly according to regulationsPartner with operations and support functions to determine and implement continuous improvement opportunities

Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles is essentialStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyProficient in English and Spanish, with excellent oral and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant softwareAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
