The Bids Manager is responsible for the technical/programmatic and budgetary aspects of the bid and must:

Be responsible for the organisation of the Offer team and the achievement of the discount objective in the mandate given for this offer.Lead a cross-functional team to deliver the proposal.Guarantee compliance with the commitments of the proposal (customer satisfaction/ performance) and consistency with the company's challenges and strategy.Define the initial baseline of the project based on a solution with regard to the client's requirements, the strategy and rules applicable within the entity.Launch the solution orientation and organise the planning of the future project.Develop and validate the offer based on stakeholder engagement, managing the risks and opportunities of the future project.Participate in the negotiation of the offer with the client.Be responsible for the smooth transition from offer to project and participate in the preparation, organisation and validation of the project launch.Lead to the closing of the offer by capitalising and sharing on the experience gained.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering or equivalentAt least 3 years of bid/project management experience in a multi-national organisationGood knowledge of bid/project management skills, ideally from working in a complex, multi-disciplinary, multi-site organisation.Proficient in Microsoft Suite (particularly Excel, PowerPoint & Word)Strong interpersonal and English communication skills (written and verbal)Organised and analyticalAble to communicate (verbal and written) in French language is an advantageResults-oriented, autonomous and proactive
