KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Tender Identification and Analysis: Proactively identify relevant tender opportunities from various sources (e.g., Govt portals, industry specific platforms, client requests, subscriptions)
Lead the end-to-end bid and tender process, especially for government PPSCommunicate with customers and PPS to clarify tender specifications, manage inquiries, and ensure mutual understanding of bid requirements and timelines.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, legal, technical teams) to gather necessary information and inputs for bid preparation. Summarize key tender requirements and disseminate information to relevant internal stakeholders.
• Develop, write, and edit high-quality proposals and tender responses that meet customer requirements and comply with company policies.
• Monitor and manage bid timelines to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Assess and mitigate risks related to commercial, legal, or operational aspects of the bid.
• Maintain and update a database of past tenders, templates, and best practices to improve future submissions.
• Support pricing strategy development in collaboration with the sales teams.
• Conduct post-bid reviews and gather feedback to improve the tendering process continuously and report
• Serve as the main point of contact for tender-related inquiries
Reporting and Analysis:Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on tender activities, including submission rates, win/loss ratios, reasons for success/failure, and market trends. Analyse tender outcomes to identify areas for improvement in our bidding strategies and processes.Qualifications.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, technical specialist or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience in B&T management, preferably within the Scientific instruments, consumables, life sciences, medical devices, or a related technical industry. Highly preferable for government PPS tender management experience.
Knowledge of public sector procurement processes (preferred for government tenders).
Demonstrable experience in successfully preparing and submitting complex tenders
Strong understanding of procurement processes and legal frameworks related to tendering.
Excellent written and verbal Korean communication skills(English proficiency is an advantage) with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and experience with tender portals/e-procurement platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Takes Initiative and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast paced business environment.
