Our two other solution hubs, Publicis Sapient and Publicis Commerce, empower businesses to embrace digital transformation and equip them with a total commerce experience. **Overview** Publicis Groupe is searching for a talented individual to join the team and our bespoke agency for a globally recognized company known for its iconic brands across Snacking, Petcare and Food & Nutrition across our network and around the globe. This is a unique opportunity to partner with iconic brands on their marketing transformation journey. You will help enable the client to future-proof their business, whilst also being part of a Power of One model that integrates media, production, data & tech, social, influencer and commerce to create end-to-end PESO experiences. The global team will consist of individuals from over 70+ markets, all operating with the same vision: To build a better today, for tomorrow. **Key Responsibilities:** **Biddable Hub Model & WoW** + Lead the deployment, optimisation, and continuous improvement of the biddable hub model and WoW across all Regional and Local markets. + Ensure the hub is fully integrated with SEO, retail media, connected commerce, TAAG, and APEX, promoting cross-channel collaboration and aligned delivery processes. + Identify, scope, and implement operational enhancements, workflows, and automation solutions to improve efficiency and campaign quality. **Campaign Delivery Excellence** + Oversee the operational delivery of all biddable campaigns, ensuring set-up, optimisation, reporting, and finance processes are accurate, timely, and compliant with best practices. + Build and maintain frameworks for world-class optimisation, test & learn, and performance commentary, ensuring learnings are leveraged in future planning. + Partner with **Global Biddable team** and your regional **Biddable Hub Lead** to maintain a central repository of campaign and test learnings, ensuring insights are shared across markets. **Hub Operations, Tools & Governance** + Ensure adoption and effective use of key tools (AuditPro, CapSure, CoreOS modules, and other client platforms) across all teams. + Drive collaboration between hub teams, TAAG, and Regional and Local markets to maintain consistent workflows and output quality. + Oversee adherence to data governance, compliance, and accuracy standards, including naming conventions. **Stakeholder Engagement** + Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, both globally and locally, ensuring biddable delivery consistently meets and exceeds expectations. + Act as a key point of contact for operational excellence discussions with internal leadership and cross-agency teams. + Anticipate and proactively present operational and process innovations that add value to the client and hub delivery. **Team Leadership & Collaboration** + Directly manage the Biddable Campaign Manager, ensuring objectives are clear and performance is consistently high. + Foster a strong, unified culture across onshore and offshore teams, ensuring daily collaboration and knowledge sharing. + Support the development, training, and progression of all direct reports, driving team growth and capability building. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in related fields + 10+ years with proven experience leading large, multi-market biddable activation teams across search, social, and programmatic. + Strong expertise in operational excellence, workflow management, and digital governance. + Experience in deploying and improving hub models and cross-channel collaboration frameworks. + Skilled in stakeholder engagement at senior client and agency leadership levels. + Strong working knowledge of campaign activation processes, optimisation frameworks, and automation solutions. + Exceptional organisational, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to unify and inspire geographically dispersed teams. + Track record in driving process innovation and delivering operational improvements at scale.
