**Overview**
We’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and proactive Biddable Account Manager to join our growing digital team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a new pitch win. You’ll lead the charge across Programmatic and Paid Social and/or Paid Search, delivering high-performance Biddable campaigns that make a real impact.
You’ll be part of a large, collaborative team, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients both internally and externally. You’ll manage a team of biddable specialists, supporting their development and ensuring smooth execution across all campaigns. You’ll also be managing quarterly reporting, forecasting, and financial management alongside the Biddable Account Director.
**Responsibilities**
+ **End-to-End Campaign Ownership** : Lead the full lifecycle of biddable media campaigns for your client portfolio, including strategic planning, budgeting, campaign setup, optimisation, and post-campaign analysis.
+ **Stakeholder Relationship Management** : Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients and internal teams, fostering strong, collaborative relationships and ensuring alignment on campaign goals and expectations.
+ **Strategic Planning & Innovation** : Contribute to the development of biddable media strategies, offering forward-thinking recommendations and identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
+ **Campaign Setup & Coordination** : Oversee all campaign setup activities, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of assets, tags, and tracking requirements.
+ **Performance Monitoring & Optimisation** : Continuously monitor campaign pacing and performance, delivering actionable insights and optimisations to drive results against client KPIs.
+ **Team Management** : Support, mentor, and oversee Biddable Executives, providing guidance and fostering their professional development.
**Qualifications**
**Key Requirements**
+ Strong activation experience across either Paid Search, Paid Social and/or Programmatic including planning, strategy, and execution.
+ Proven experience with DV360, Meta Ads Manager, and/or Google Ads; familiarity with other platforms (e.g., TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, The Trade Desk) is a plus.
+ A passion for innovation willing to push the limits of Paid Social, Programmatic, Paid Search and the wider digital plan.
+ Someone who can build collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams.
+ Ability to manage large budgets and develop clear and simple finance process.
+ Confident presentation and communication skills.
