Oracle Global Services Center (GSC) is a rapidly growing 4,000+ cloud consulting team driving customer success with Oracle Cloud Implementations. The Bid Manager will be part of the Enterprise Architecture Team, driving large-scale transformation opportunities.
As a Bid Manager, you will prepare estimations, Project timelines, and proposals in collaboration with the SMEs /Leads/Enterprise Architects for Oracle SaaS (Fusion), PaaS, and IaaS deals, ensuring that each bid is compliant and competitive. This position requires a strong understanding of Oracle's cloud products and solutions and a deep knowledge of the sales and bid process in the technology sector.
During the presales cycle, your role will involve coordinating with cross-functional teams, including sales, enterprise architects, solution architects, global risk management and other technical experts, to develop tailored solutions that meet customer requirements. You will manage bid timelines, ensure all documentation is of the highest standard, and drive the strategy to secure new or expand existing business. You will work closely with the Oracle internal customers to identify opportunities and ensure bids align with the organization's strategic objectives. Your expertise in Oracle products and ability to manage multiple complex deals will be key to your success in this role.
Beyond bid management, you will collaborate with SMEs to maintain marketing collaterals, refine estimations, develop videos and key documents, contribute to GTM strategies, and engage in thought leadership as part of the Enterprise Architect Team.
