What will you do?

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Commercial Bid Manager who will focus on commercial tender and lead the end-to-end bid process for industrial projects.

In this role, you are responsible for managing the customer terms and conditions and other tender documents ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements

Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the bid and identify any potential risks and challenges Engage in the legal review of customer T&C and other subject matter experts and gather all inputs from key stakeholders Coordinate inputs from all stakeholders and ensure compliance with RFQ requirement Meet business managers to review and discuss legal risks report and other inputs and obtain the final comments Manage third party providers / partners quote as required, and engage project procurement team to negotiate contractual requirements for third party providers based on individual project needs  Provide risk analysis and mitigation for the bid proposal, associated with possible solutions or recommendations. Coordinate and set up EBA meetings with BU, Country Heads and LOA with NAM to obtain the final approval Prepare for EBA meeting information Complete commercial proposal/tender form after all clarifications and approval received Manage and track the risks throughout the bid process

What will you need to succeed?

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of experience in bid management or commercial proposals Strong understanding of commercial and contractual terms Excellent project management and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Team collaboration and stakeholder management Commercial acumen and risk awareness French communication skill would be considered an asset Experience in the Electrical Power Distribution industry is an asset
