Bid Manager – Devon

Responsibilities;
Establish a clear understanding of the client bid requirements/key deliverables and develop a win plan for the bidObtain and distribute tender documentation to the bid teamArrange and chair tender launch meetingManage the bid query process. Raise queries, obtain timely responses, and recordSupport bid teams when preparing for client meetings and interviews. Responsibility for preparing presentations and briefing the bid teamPrepare Risk & Opportunity register. Responsible for populating in conjunction with input from bid team membersCompile tender submission documentationManage any post submission negotiation and/or dialogue, correspondence with Client team, through to conclusionAttend Bid Handover meetings, and brief delivery team to ensure all knowledge gained during tender period is communicated, including risk s and opportunities identified within the bidCall RGB Recruitment Exeter and ask for Nicky Harris should you wish to be part of shaping the future of the built environment.
