Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Bid Manager with a proven track record in IT system integration. The ideal candidate will manage and deliver high-quality proposals, ensuring the company's ability to secure new business opportunities. This role requires expertise in tendering, proposal management, and client communication within the IT domain.
SummaryProvides leadership and guidance to the bid team / key stakeholders throughout the pursuit lifecycle and is responsible for all aspects of the pursuit process. Performs an active role in the definition, communication and execution of the deal strategy and client engagement plan. Has a detailed knowledge of pursuit management technique, tools and best practices.
Contributes to deal qualification activities, leads the bid process from qualification through to proposal submission, proposal clarification, client presentations, due diligence, and negotiations through to contract signature. Manages bid schedule, budget, resources and high-quality deliverables, assesses and addresses the effectiveness of the win strategy, ensures on-going focus on opportunity qualification and the development of a coherent proposition leading to successful deal closure.

Leads all day-to-day aspects of an individual bid and is accountable for the end-to-end quality of the dealWorks at the strategic level to provide direction and maintain perspective across the entire bid/capture process Accountable for bid planning, applying best practices, managing critical path and resource needs, B&P budget and deal orchestrationUnderstands and leads the opportunity, ensuring end-to-end compliance with company processes and corporate policiesConducts pursuit efforts including pursuit planning, presentations, concepts, customer responses, internal coordination and periodic reviewsEstablishes and achieves deal timelines, approvals, governance and cadenceProvides assistance with and background information on the proposal to assist with closing the deal

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Minimum 5 years of experience as a Bid Manager in the IT system integration industry.Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud solutions, and enterprise applications.Proven ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with bid management tools and CRM platforms.Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities.Preferred Skills
