Our bid management team fulfils the critical role of overseeing and coordinating the bidding process within Experian EMAP Sales. They analyse and evaluate bid proposals submitted by potential vendors and suppliers and are essential in driving business growth and revenue generation.

Reporting to the Bid Management Lead you will oversee the end-to-end bid process, from identifying opportunities to submitting winning proposals. You will create thoughtful strategies for the bidding process, managing resources and ensuring compliance with client requirements.

What you'll do:

Analyse the RFI/RFP document to understand the needs of the clientContribute to the tender qualification processCoordinate standard bids and responses to customer RFP/RFQ'sPlan bid preparation to ensure that deadlines are metPartner with other managers to agree bid detailsCoordinate across multiple internal departments (Sales, Product Management, Legal, Finance, Operations, Engineering & Service Delivery, Network Planning, Marketing) to ensure the best bid offering following our commercial strategy and marketing guidelinesWrite and edit tender responsesAcquire the necessary resources and communicate with internal and external teams to build convincing tender responsesCritically evaluate all submissions to the tenderCoordinate regular catch-up meetingsPrepare case studies and other reference materials

Qualifications

What you will bring:

1+ years of relevant experienceBachelor's degreeExperience working with Microsoft office, SeviceNow, SalesForce (desired but not mandatory)Fluent English
