The primary purpose of this role is to drive commercial success of the tender business in Sweden in co-operation with the Generics Strategy and NHG Manager ( Business Development Manager) who leads the Monthly tender bidding process. The major responsibilities will include Pricing and Volume Forecasting of Monthly Tender bids in line with overall strategy. Main responsibility to administer parts of the monthly tender process and act proactively and in close contact with Supply to ensure availability of products, short and long term. This role is highly visible within the organization, is responsible for a hugely important share of the Viatris business and offers the right candidate a great opportunity to develop their skillset and grow with the business.
We are looking for a team player with a strong skillset when it comes to numbers and analysis, but also with a commercial drive and interest. The candidate will be interested to learn from their colleagues, while proactively developing working procedures and follow-up to maximize success in the bidding process.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
Develop and implement pricing strategies and demand activities related to tendersActively Contribute to the Monthly Demand review processAnalyze Market data in preparation of Budgets, Forecasts, Product Plans etc.Support with market analyzes required by other functionsThe minimum qualifications for this role are:
