The Merchandising Bid Analyst will join the Merchandising Operations Team to provide support to Staples Inc. Responsible for analyzing and entering requests for customer level deviated costs, ensuring timely and accurate data entry, and providing excellent customer service. This associate must be an analytical thinker, a problem solver and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities often shift.
What you’ll be doing:
Analyze and enter customer level deviated costs with a high degree of accuracy.Work directly with Sales teams and other internal partners on their inquiries and requests. Provide updates to Sales regarding the status of each request and complete each request in a timely manner. Submit invoices to vendors on a monthly basis, provide usage reports and other necessary documentation as needed. Research and reconcile all differences. Hit all deadlines.Continuously refine and improve processes. Think outside the box.Provide management with weekly updates on rebate collections and accurate monthly accruals.Provide excellent customer service and respond quickly to all requests and inquiries.What you bring to the table:

1-2 years of experience in bid analysis, proposal writing, or a related field.1-2 years of computer skills including Microsoft Office with exposure Microsoft AccessPreferred Qualifications:
