The Staff Accountant plays a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, cost accounting and general ledger maintenance to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.   

Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting and analysis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Perform ad-hoc financial analysis in support of business decisions and trend analysis Oversee the implementation, maintenance and adherence to internal controls, procedures, and accounting policies.  Identify potential risks and recommend improvements to safeguard company assets and maintain compliance. Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and analysis Facilitate new customer and business partner set ups Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, supply chain, and operations, to improve financial processes. Drive process automation and system improvements for financial reporting. Perform master data set ups for new vendors and customers Supports Accounts Receivable as needed, outside of month end close
