Job Title: BI/Performance Analyst - Regional Client Account

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior BI/Performance Analyst to join our high-performing team, focusing on a strategic regional client account. This role will be pivotal in transforming complex data into actionable intelligence, driving performance optimization, and enhancing client value proposition. The ideal candidate will blend advanced analytical skills with business acumen to deliver insights that shape strategic decisions and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Advanced Data Analytics and Predictive Modeling

Develop and implement sophisticated statistical models and machine learning algorithms to forecast trends, predict outcomes, and identify opportunities for performance enhancementUtilize advanced analytics techniques such as regression analysis, time series forecasting, and clustering to extract deeper insights from multifaceted datasetsDesign and execute A/B tests to optimize strategies and validate hypotheses

Strategic Performance Analysis and Optimization

Conduct in-depth analysis of KPIs, benchmarking against industry standards and historical performancePerform multi-dimensional analysis to uncover hidden patterns and correlations in client dataDevelop and maintain a comprehensive performance measurement framework, aligning metrics with client's strategic objectivesLead root cause analyses for complex performance issues, proposing data-driven solutions

Business Intelligence and Data Visualization

Architect and implement end-to-end BI solutions, from data integration to front-end dashboardsCreate interactive, dynamic dashboards and reports using advanced features of BI tools (e.g., DAX in Power BI, LOD calculations in Tableau)Design and maintain a centralized data warehouse, ensuring data integrity and accessibilityImplement data governance practices and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

Client Relationship and Consultative Insights

Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, translating analytical findings into strategic recommendationsConduct regular performance review sessions with clients, presenting complex analyses in an accessible mannerAnticipate client needs and proactively propose data-driven solutions to emerging challengesCollaborate with account managers to develop data-backed strategies for account growth and retention

Cross-functional Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing

Lead cross-functional projects, coordinating with IT, operations, and client-facing teams to implement data-driven initiativesMentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of analytical thinking and continuous learningContribute to the development of best practices and standardized analytical methodologies across the organizationParticipate in industry conferences and internal knowledge-sharing sessions to stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies

Innovative Solutions Development

Identify opportunities for new data products or services that can add value to the client relationshipPrototype and pilot innovative analytical solutions, leveraging technologies such as IoT, AI, or blockchain where applicableCollaborate with the product team to integrate analytical insights into existing service offerings

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field5+ years of experience in a BI or advanced analytics role, preferably in a client-facing environmentExpert-level proficiency in SQL, R or Python, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)Strong understanding of statistical concepts and their practical applicationsDemonstrated experience in managing large-scale data projects and implementing BI solutionsExcellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiencesProven track record of delivering high-impact analytical projects that drive business value

Preferred Qualifications

PhD in a quantitative discipline or MBA with a focus on analyticsExperience in the real estate, facilities management, or related industriesCertification in relevant areas (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics, Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate)Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)Experience with data visualization design principles and storytelling techniquesKnowledge of agile methodologies and project management
