**Position Overview**

This role is a unique opportunity to maximize the success of Autodesk’s sales tool productivity investments. It requires the candidate to focus on the development of future state business process capabilities and to drive the elimination of redundancies, optimize efficiencies, lower costs, and streamline the delivery to our GTM teams. You will play an integral role in the technical development of critical operational tools and business workflows leveraging data for decision making. The role involves driving sales team productivity through creating future state best practices for business analytics.
You will be responsible in creating analytical reports and develop BI tools with resulting action-oriented conclusions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Design, develop, and maintain scalable **Power BI dashboards and reports** , delivering actionable insights for business decision-making
+ Build and deploy **Power Automate flows** to streamline and automate business processes and improve operational efficiency
+ Translate complex data from various sources into meaningful visualizations using **Power BI** and other BI tools
+ Develop bots and automation tools using **Power Platform** to improve reporting and workflow integration
+ Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored BI solutions
+ Demonstrate strong **SQL proficiency** to extract and manipulate data from multiple sources
+ Apply data modeling and warehousing principles for BI solution architecture and performance optimization
+ Conduct ad hoc data mining, statistical analysis, and reporting to support business needs
+ Ensure clean, well-documented, and testable BI code with a focus on scalability and maintainability
+ Leverage creativity and advanced visualization skills to present complex data simply and effectively
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate BI systems and align with organizational data infrastructure
+ Provide technical solutions that improve business processes through automation and analytics
+ **Experience or knowledge in Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, and S3** is considered a strong advantage
+ Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence
**Education and Experience:**
+ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
+ 5+ years of relevant experience in business analytics, BI development, or data engineering
+ **Proven expertise in Power BI and Power Automate** is essential
+ Proficient in **SQL** and working with large datasets across multiple sources
+ Hands-on experience in data modeling, scripting, and designing effective user interfaces
+ Working knowledge of cloud data platforms such as **Snowflake** , **Amazon Redshift** , and **Amazon S3** is highly desirable
+ Experience with other BI tools like QlikView, Qlik Sense, Anaplan, or Looker is a plus
+ Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and Big Data/Hadoop environments is a plus
+ Basic knowledge of mobile app or bot development is advantageous
+ Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel and statistical analysis skills
+ Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences\#LI-POST
