Kforce's client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced BI/Data Analyst to join their team in Cornelius, NC. In this role, the BI/Data Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining insightful dashboards and reports using Domo, conducting in-depth data analysis, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. Candidates must travel to Greater Charlotte 2 or 3 times a month. Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Domo to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide business insights * Optimize Domo dashboards for performance, usability, and data accuracy * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective Domo solutions * Implement best practices for data visualization and dashboard design within the Domo environment * Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement across various business areas * Prepare and present reports, presentations, and data visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization * Develop and maintain regular reporting processes to monitor business performance and track progress against goals * Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources, including our Snowflake data warehouse * Optimize SQL queries for performance and efficiency * Develop and maintain data models within Snowflake to support reporting and analysis needs * Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation and cleansing procedures * Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability * Contribute to the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures * Maintain documentation of data sources, data models, and reporting processes
