For our Sales team, understanding the full potential of our technology and
the trends in our markets is highly rewarding. In addition, helping customers
all over the world improve efficiency, save resources and reduce emissions
give our work a powerful sense of purpose. You will be responsible for the
sale of cutting-edge ABB in Electrification Turkiye. You will use your
experience and drive to build long-standing customer relationships,
identifying effective solutions for customer needs.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for Building and Home Automation Solutions (KNX & Mechanical Automation) system integrators sales groups. You are responsible for ensuring the forecasting, volume growth, price quality/margin, and customer satisfaction objectives through excellent customer relations and increasing market share. The BHAS Anatolia Sales Manager ensures sales targets are met or exceeded, and net margins maximize profitabilityCreate, plan and implement the specified market sales strategy, in accordance with the marketing and sales strategy and ensures regular follow-up to achieve them, establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product offering, and align to provide a solution, perform regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls, You will oversee product categories to align with corporate growth objectives, and will develop strategies to increase the sales team's digital acumen,Communicate details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions),Participate in sales strategy discussions for the assigned region, agrees on short-term and long-term goals, coordinate the sales and marketing efforts that require channel partner participation,Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in existing and potential customer organizations,Ensure that their own area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed,Coach, motivate, and develop direct and indirect reports within HR policies.Drive and ensure knowledge sharing and cross-collaboration.Demonstrate ABB’s core values and group safety and integrity standards and acts accordingly.Implement and ensure compliance with the ABB code of conduct, global and local standards, tools, policies, and processes in their assigned area. Ensure adherence to all relevant internal and statutory regulations and policies.Ensure integrity and compliance with ABB values and ethics in all activities

Qualifications

University degree in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related disciplines,Sales experience in the electrical market working as sales and business development with Building and Home Automation Solutions (KNX & Mechanical Automation), Significant experience in a Sales / Account Management related field,Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment,Turkish knowledge is a must, Intermediate level of written & spoken English,Collaborative and solution-oriented, analytical, attention to detail, strong interpersonal & communication skills, teamwork oriented, decision-making skills,Good ability to represent the company.
