The Baker Hughes Aero Project Manager, will play a pivotal role in translating our Aero strategic vision into actionable plans and ensuring their successful execution.
The main goal will be to design and execute the repair turnaround time (TAT) reduction strategy by specific gas generator modules in order to significantly improve the overall Aero supply chain efficiency.
The role will involve collaborating closely with various teams across the organization, including Aero Partners, to align efforts and drive strategic initiatives forward.
As BH Aero Project Manager, you will be responsible for :
Understanding the technical characteristics behind the selected modules in terms of parts and repair proceduresVerifying the TAT repair root causes analysis by selected modules Understanding drivers and implication on the overall GTS Aero strategy working closely with the governance teamSupportting in identifying different supply chain sources to ensure flexibility and dependencies reductionLay out clear TAT reduction strategy leveraging x-matrix approach and report KPIs by selected modulesDriving the TAT reduction execution as per plan and avoid bottlenecks through early defects identification and escalationInterfacing with functional experts across the organization(s) to lead and coordinate specific actions of the planReporting results to GTS leadership forum Developing and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate collaboration and drive results.Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have :
Bachelor's mechanical degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of experience in Manufacturing/Service).Aeroderivative technology knowledgeStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams.Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.Knowledge and ability to apply industry insights to strategic decision-making.Able to develop and manage Success MetricsAchievement of strategic goals and objectives within specified timelines.Positive feedback from internal stakeholders and external partners.Successful implementation of key strategic initiatives.Proven experience with engine’s maintenance, assembly & repairKnowledge of Product/Machine configuration and the relevant development and management processesWork in a way that works for you
