Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a BGS-G ERP Supply Chain Business Process Integration Manager to join our team in Hazelwood, MO. Boeing Global Services focuses on delivering critical services to ensure sustainable operations supporting our customers around the globe. BGS Supply Chain is looking for a Manager, BGS-G ERP Supply Chain Business Process Integration to lead our ERP team in capturing business and functional process requirements, designing, implementing and optimizing business processes based on best practices built within the ERP tool set. This multi-year sustained business improvement effort is an opportunity to directly contribute to successfully establishing ERP tools and processes configured to meet BGS Government Services’ needs.

This leader will be focused on developing deep understandings of how various ERP business processes will support key BGS-G functions such as finance, sales and distribution, procurement, inventory management, supply chain and program management. Additionally, this manager will lead a team of supply chain process subject matter experts and collaborate with IT and ERP Systems Integrators to design and create process optimization through multiple phases of the planned BGS-G ERP program to make use of the ERP best practices business processes.

This role the capacity to acquire a security clearance. We're committed to assisting you through this process, providing guidance and support every step of the way.

Position Responsibilities:

Manages employees that develop projects and program plans at all levels across functional areas and executes all project phases to achieve objectives within scope, time, quality, and constraints from initiation to post completion.Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employees.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5 years in supply chain5 years leading teams, formally or informally 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience with government services and/or supporting government programsExperience in BGS-G supply chain business and functional processExperience with SAP or other ERP business systemsExperience with software development, lifecycles, business process modellingExperience leading integration teams, supply chain operational teamsExcellent collaboration skillsExperience leading multi-organizational projectsExcellent communications skills, verbal and writtenExperience with risk management

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $112,200 - $151,800

Security Clearance

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
