Content Creation & Communication Support** + Assist in developing engaging internal content such as newsletters, intranet updates, presentations, and social media posts. + Support the organization of internal events, workshops, and town halls to foster communication and engagement. + Help draft and review communication materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with Johnson & Johnson’s values. **2. Compliance & Best Practices** + Support adherence to Johnson & Johnson’s communication policies, healthcare compliance, and business conduct standards. + Ensure all communications are professional, accurate, and aligned with corporate standards. **Qualifications / Requirements:** + Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at accredited University is required. + Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related fields. + Minimum GPA of 2.8 is required. + Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with social media and digital tools as canvas editing, video editing, SharePoint management, graphic design is a plus. + Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a willingness to learn. + Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. + Proactive, organized, and eager to develop a career in corporate communications. + Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future.
