What will you do?Monitor and maintain bar and restaurant cost of salesResearch and implement new beverage products that will elevate guest service and satisfactionHire, train, and lead team members, providing feedback on their job responsibilitiesCoordinate alcohol compliance and quality standards, handle guest relations, and monitor adherence to quality assurance standardsAssist with inventory checks and end-of-month financial reporting
