\nThe ideal candidate will possess:
\n\nCandidate will have 1 year previous beverage serving experience. \nPrior customer service experience\nFlexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays\n\nCertificates: Tuberculosis Clearance Certificate will be required to start.
\nWage: $14.25 per hour plus gratuities
\nWhat will I be doing?
\nAs a Beverage Server, you would be responsible for serving beverages and/or food to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nRespond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.\nEnsure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials.\nTake guest beverage and/or food orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system.\nRetrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner.\nReplenish beverages and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.\nServe alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations.\nEnsure serving station is well-stocked at all times.\nWhat are we looking for?

\nAny combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
\nEXPERIENCE
\nOne (1) year previous beverage serving experience required.
\nLICENSES OR CERTIFICATES
\nTuberculosis Clearance Certificate will be required.
\nGROOMING
\nAll team members must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance (specific standards available).
\nSPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY
\nThe individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
\n\nMust have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.\nKnowledge of the appropriate table settings, service ware and menu items.\nAbility to read, write and speak the English language sufficient to understand menus, special promotions, record orders, and communicate with guests to explain and record orders.\nAbility to remember, recite and promote the variety of menu items.\nAbility to transport large trays weighing up to 40 lbs. through a crowded room on a continuous basis throughout shift.\nAbility to operate beverage equipment.\nAbility to operate a keyboard and learn Point of Sale procedures to pre-check order and close out the check. \n\nNOTICE:
