About the role:
The Yacht’s Beverage Manager plays a vital role in overseeing all bars and lounges onboard, ensuring that every beverage experience reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality. This position is responsible for securing and promoting a robust wine program curated by world class sommeliers, developing innovative cocktail offerings in collaboration with preferred Four Seasons’ partners and consultants, and managing relationships with a global network of beverage suppliers to guarantee the availability of top-quality and rare wines and spirits. Additionally, the Beverage Manager will lead a bespoke tea and coffee program and oversee the mini bar offerings for all suites.
The primary responsibility of the Beverage Manager is to deliver exceptional beverage service while mentoring and developing the beverage team through inspiring leadership. Collaboration with the Yacht’s General Manager, Restaurant Manager, and Food & Beverage Director is essential to implement innovative beverage concepts, manage budgets, and uphold the highest standards of service and hygiene.

Leadership and Team Management:
Inspire and lead a diverse beverage team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Develop and implement comprehensive training programs focused on luxury beverage service and product knowledge, empowering staff to deliver exceptional experiences.Foster a positive work environment that encourages open communication, collaboration, and team engagement.Beverage Experience Excellence:
Adopt a curated distinguished wine program, selecting and sourcing high-quality wines that cater to diverse guest preferences and enhance dining experiences. In partnership with the yacht’s head sommelier, be well versed and knowledgeable of the wine program in order to celebrate and serve these world class bottles.Collaborate with preferred partners, consultants, and wine specialists to design innovative cocktail programs that reflect current trends and elevate the onboard beverage offerings.Oversee the development of a bespoke tea and coffee program, ensuring premium quality and a unique selection for guests.Manage the mini bar program for all suites, ensuring a curated selection of beverages that meets luxury standards and guest expectations.Liaison with culinary teams to ensure any programmed bar snacks and fresh juices are available and in good quality.What you bring
Minimum of 7-10 years in beverage management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior role within a luxury hospitality environment. Proven experience in overseeing beverage operations on yachts or in high-end restaurants/hotels is preferred. Exceptional knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixology is required. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence are essential. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English are a must, along with familiarity with beverage operational systems and inventory management. Experience with high-profile events or luxury service environments is considered ideal.
Willingness to live and work onboard the Yacht for extended periods, with travel to various international destinations.
