This role involves partnering with Country HR Business Partners and the global benefit brokering team to assist with benefit renewals and negotiations. If you have a strong understanding of benefits administration, local market trends, and business objectives, and possess excellent analytical and communication skills, we want to hear from you!
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a dedicated professional who:
Holds a university degree or equivalent experience.Significant experience in HR shared services, benefits, and leave administration.Understands employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to benefits and leaves in Europe and AMEA regions.Has experience in company car policies, lease structures, and financial aspects.Possesses strong analytical and communication skills.Demonstrates strong written and oral communication and interaction skills.Exhibits high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Has experience in a multinational shared services environment.Workday experience is a plus.Desirable knowledge of statutory requirements for Germany, Belgium, and Poland.How You Will Thrive and Make an Impact
As the Benefits Specialist, you will:
Manage and oversee employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, fleet programs, and other perks.Ensure compliance with statutory labor laws and regulations.Liaise between Country HR and benefits vendors/service providers.Manage global vendor relationships and provide guidance and support to HR Operations and Talent regarding benefits-related processes and inquiries.Partner with Country HR Business Partners and the global benefit brokering team to assist with benefit renewals and negotiations.Use your strong analytical skills to understand benefits administration and local market trends.Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure smooth benefits administration.Provide insights and recommendations to improve our benefits programs and ensure they align with business objectives.Join us and be a part of a team that values your expertise and supports your growth.
