**Summary:**
+ Responsible for providing accurate and appropriate benefits information on Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription, Spending Accounts, Life, AD&D, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability and Paid Time Off inquires received in the Call Center per Plan document.
+ Assist team members in resolving related problems.
+ Process benefit information and benefits administration systems.
+ Process status change applications.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Ability to handle challenging customer service issues.
**Education:**
+ HS Graduate or Equivalent GED
+ **Preferred:** Associate degree
**Experience:**
+ Customer Service - 1 year
+ Benefits - 2 years
**Facility:** BayCare Health System, Benefits-BCHS
**Location:** **BayCare System Office West**
**Status:** **Full Time, Exempt: No**
**Shift Hours:** **8:30 AM - 5:00 PM**
