Summary:
Responsible for providing accurate and appropriate benefits information on Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription, Spending Accounts, Life, AD&D, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability and Paid Time Off inquires received in the Call Center per Plan document. Assist team members in resolving related problems. Process benefit information and benefits administration systems. Process status change applications. Perform other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:
