Job Overview:
Primoris Services Corporation is currently searching for a Benefits Specialist in the Lewisville, TX area. The Benefits Specialist is responsible for administering and managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and leave policies. The role ensures compliance with legal requirements and company policies while delivering excellent service to employees.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Day to day resource for employees, managers and HR Business partners resolving employee issues related to claims, coverage, and policy interpretations. Manages Benefit inbox and call system. Serve as primary liaison between employees and Savings Account vendors to resolve account issues, along with weekly funding of FSA, HSA and Kashable related accounts. Manage all aspects of communication process related to benefits when offboarding an employee, maintaining timely and consistent notices, tracking and reporting. Receive and review all benefit related invoices from carriers and third-party vendors. Identify and investigate discrepancies and coordinate with Accounts Payable to ensure timely processing. Process and administers all loss of life claims, ensuring employees and their beneficiaries receive consistent and compassionate response. Team lead for Medical Support Notice completion. Coordinating response with company Benefit Enrollment Support contacts. Provides support to Benefits Manager, including open enrollment, annual compliance tasks, performing research and other tasks as needed. Remains competent and current through self-directed professional reading, developing professional contacts with colleagues, attending professional development courses, and attending training and/or courses as directed.Education and Experience Requirements:
2-5 years’ experience in a similar role. Extensive knowledge of benefits compliance and regulations. Proficient in HRIS and benefits management systems. Strong analytic skills. Bachelor’s degree in human resources preferred. CEBS, SHRM, or PHR certifications are preferred.Company Overview:
