Job Title: Enrollment & Eligibility SpecialistJob Description:
As an Enrollment & Eligibility Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing, processing, uploading, and maintaining new member or group registration information in our enrollment database. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for eligibility inquiries, ensuring that all member and group data is accurate and up to date.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Accurately entering and updating member and group enrollment data.Responding to inquiries regarding member or group eligibility and enrollment status.Reconciling discrepancies in eligibility data and analyzing transactional records.Submitting retroactive eligibility changes as needed.Generating and managing various types of member correspondence.Maintaining inventory control of all member and group transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy.Human resources, Prior authorization, Benefit verification, Customer service, Health care, Reimbursement, Data entry

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
