Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 3 years of experience working in a Human Resources capacity.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Experience in SQL and managing and executing SQL-based projects, including writing SQL scripts and creating plx dashboards.
+ Ability to evaluate and synthesize data into accurate results, actionable interventions, and recommendations that drive broader program strategy (e.g. plan design, development of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), clinical measurement).
+ Ability to solve problems and manage competing priorities.
+ Ability to understand new datasets and manipulate data structures.
+ Passion for transforming data sets into a compelling story with data visualizations and reports.

In this role, you will analyze critical benefits data related to employee leaves, time off, accommodations, healthcare, mental health, and benefits operations. You will directly inform our program strategies, help us identify trends, measure program impact, and ultimately drive positive business outcomes. You will also design, build, and maintain a suite of benefits dashboards to provide accessible and actionable insights for stakeholders, including executive leaders, enabling data-driven decision-making.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$155,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Conduct analysis of benefits data, including health programs, leaves, accommodations, mental health and benchmarking, to identify trends, measure key indicators (e.g., absenteeism, presenteeism, productivity), and distill actionable insights.
+ Apply advanced techniques (e.g., writing SQL scripts, joining information from multiple source tables, defining metrics) to large datasets to support analysis. Design, build, and maintain a suite of comprehensive benefits dashboards, including underlying business logic and workflows.
+ Communicate findings as clear, compelling insights and recommendations to stakeholders and executive leaders. Guide decisions on the short and long-term impacts of benefits programs.
+ Manage claims-based and survey-based analytics projects to identify opportunities to improve employee health and well-being, and address ad-hoc analytical requests within the global benefits function. Conduct statistical analysis of survey data within the R environment.
