The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$155,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Guide decisions on the short and long-term impacts of benefits programs. + Manage claims-based and survey-based analytics projects to identify opportunities to improve employee health and well-being, and address ad-hoc analytical requests within the global benefits function.
