Job Title: Benefits Specialist Location: Pensacola, FL or Vienna, VA Type: Contract Contractor Work Model: Hybrid Pay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 options Position Type: Multiyear Contract Requirements: Oversees organization's employee benefits programs, ensuring they are effectively implemented, administered, and compliant with regulations. Focus on health and pharmacy RX benefits Enrolling employees in various benefit plans, managing changes, and handling terminations Up-to-date on federal and state regulations Advise employees about their benefits options, help them understand their coverage, and address any inquiries or concerns.
