Key Responsibilities
Leads the benefits review, design, and implementation for APAC
Evaluate and update existing benefit programs, which includes but not limited to insurance benefits, health and wellness programs, retirement plans, paid time off, and other supplemental benefits to ensure they remain competitive and cost effective
Conducts regular audits to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
Manages relationships with vendors and benefit providers ensuring high quality of service and cost-effective solutions
Reviews utilization reports and assess effectiveness of benefit offerings
Negotiates contract and manage benefits renewals
Oversees the benefits budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources
Monitors and manages costs associated with all benefit programs and identify opportunities for possible cost-efficiency improvements
Harmonize benefits practices and guidelines across the region, where legally permissible
Knowledge and Skill Required
Strong influence and ability to coordinate and effectively communicate with a diverse (multi-cultural and multi-country) set of stakeholders
Energized by fast-paced environments including the ability to operate with competing priorities/deadlines
Strong knowledge and understanding of compensation practices, methodology, tools, and legislation
Knowledge of HRIS software, preferably Workday
Ability to utilize all Google Workspace tools (Gmail, GDrive, GDoc, GSheet, etc)
Experience
5-8 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in the Compensation and Benefits space with a focus on benefits design and administration, ideally in a global publicly traded organization
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
