At PFG, We Deliver the Goods for our associates. As Corporate Benefits Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring associates across our family of companies feel supported and valued. In this role, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, innovation and exceptional service. Reporting to the Director of Benefits & Wellness, you’ll solve problems, streamline processes and educate employees—all while managing and developing a high-performing team. This important role will blend strategic oversight with hands-on execution, ensuring our benefits offerings remain competitive, compliant and tailored to meet the diverse needs of our growing workforce.
Position ResponsibilitiesAdminister and optimize employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, leave administration and retirement)Ensure all benefits offerings comply with relevant federal, state, and local laws, such as ERISA, HIPAA, and the Affordable Care Act (ACA)Drive process innovation and excellence with technology forward solutionsEvaluate and manage relationships with benefits providers and drive the delivery of high-quality servicesEducate employees about benefits options, assisting during enrollment, and addressing related inquiries to ensure understanding and engagement.Analyze the costs of benefit programs, monitoring budgets, and proposing adjustments to maintain financial sustainabilityConduct surveys and researching trends to keep the company’s benefits competitive within its industry.Handle issues related to benefits administration, such as claims disputes or compliance challenges.Performs other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standards
