SSP America is seeking a detail-oriented and responsive Benefits Data Senior Specialist to join our HR Administration team. This role plays a key part in managing benefit plan billing, union dues administration, and ensuring compliance through meticulous data management. What You’ll Do
What You Bring
Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field Minimum three years of experience in HR or benefits administration Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, IF formulas, and lookups Strong understanding of benefits compliance, billing practices, and data reporting Experience working with HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors, ADP, or Workday Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills High responsiveness and ability to work with urgency and accuracy Proven success working independently in fast-paced, data-heavy environments
Nice to Have
Experience supporting union populations or Canadian benefit plans Familiarity with benefits platforms such as BenefitFocus
Work Environment
Hybrid work model with flexibility based on business needs Occasional travel (~20%) to support projects across the U.S. and Canada
