Description
Robert Half is seeking a dedicated Benefits Coordinator to join our client's team located in South Jersey. In this Benefits Coordinator role, you will manage various aspects of benefits administration, including enrollment, client support, and documentation. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
+ Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations with accuracy and efficiency.
+ Respond to client inquiries about benefits, providing clear and timely information.
+ Maintain detailed and confidential records related to benefits administration.
+ Generate and organize reports to support benefits-related decision-making.
+ Coordinate with insurance carriers to address and resolve benefit-related issues.
+ Assist with premium billing and ensure accurate processing of payments.
+ Support communication efforts to inform employees about benefit programs and updates.
+ Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
The ideal Benefits Coordinator will have a Bachelor’s degree.
Other requirements for the Benefits Coordinator role include and are not limited to:
+ 2+ years of relevant experience
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
+ Familiarity with health, dental, vision, and ancillary insurance plans is a plus.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
