Experience Needed

Strong experience with international benefits - MUST Fluent in English and Dutch both verbal and written - MUST Experience of management or implementation of leave policies. Familiar with pension including administration. Knowledge of government benefit regulations and compliance requirements. Understanding of European benefits and leave management theory, best practice, and standards. Experience in implementing global benefit programs and policies. Strong desire to create innovative, compelling programs in a fast-paced environment. Ability to perform analysis to identify trends and resolve complex problems. Effective interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple high-level projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Highly organized with attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision. Should be highly resourceful & proactive in task execution. Ability to thrive in our fast-paced, and sometimes challenging environment. Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel).
