**Experience Needed** + Strong experience with international benefits - MUST + Fluent in English and Dutch both verbal and written - MUST + Experience of management or implementation of leave policies. + Familiar with pension including administration. + Knowledge of government benefit regulations and compliance requirements. + Understanding of European benefits and leave management theory, best practice, and standards. + Experience in implementing global benefit programs and policies. + Strong desire to create innovative, compelling programs in a fast-paced environment. + Ability to perform analysis to identify trends and resolve complex problems. + Effective interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to manage multiple high-level projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. + Highly organized with attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision. + Should be highly resourceful & proactive in task execution. + Ability to thrive in our fast-paced, and sometimes challenging environment. + Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel).
