Benefits Administrator

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Internal UK&I Benefits team at Marsh McLennan. This role  will be based in London. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Benefits Administrator

Benefit Administrators are responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery of health, wealth and wellness programs for Marsh McLennan employees. A Benefits Administrator is a detailed and proactive individual who will analyse data, liaise with vendors and resolve queries, to ensure a smooth delivery of employee benefits.

You will join a friendly team of Benefits Specialists and have the opportunity to develop your career within our company.

We will count on you to:

Work with more senior level benefit professionals to ensure that all benefits related systems are set-up and functioning correctly for benefit purposes , including site testing, site content, writing employee communications etc.Prepare and submit data on a monthly basis for the purposes of raising payments, reconciling benefit coverage, recharging invoices and providing management information. Liaising with the Payroll team to ensure benefits are charged and taxed correctly.Respond to employee queries regarding benefit coverage, navigating the system, making a claim, adding dependents and amending selections. Coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless benefit administration and coverage.Prepare communications and presentations to help colleague understanding of the benefit offering. Assist with the logistics of planning benefit and wellbeing events.

What you need to have: 

Excellent analytical skills with advanced Excel skillsPrevious administrative experience within a large organsation.Previous experience with employee benefits technology, preferably Darwin.Ability to forge relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with good customer service experience.Problem solving and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritise.Strong attention to details.  Learning appetite and a growth mindset.

All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week.
