Description
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Lowell, Massachusetts. In this role, you will play a key part in managing employee benefits programs while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. This position offers an opportunity to support HR operations and collaborate with various teams to enhance organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily office operations, acting as a central resource for internal teams and external customers.
• Coordinate administrative staff activities, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking job progress.
• Manage interactions with customers, vendors, and suppliers, covering communication, invoicing, and documentation.
• Assist with human resource functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining accurate time tracking, and organizing personnel files.
• Ensure proper documentation and organization for certifications, inspections, and compliance-related records.
• Collaborate with leadership teams on budgeting, reporting, and handling special projects.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including COBRA, leave of absence processes, and compensations
Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits administration or a related HR role.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs, including COBRA and leave of absence policies.
• Proven ability to manage compensation and benefits-related tasks effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle compliance and documentation requirements.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in managing HR functions such as onboarding and file maintenance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with leadership on strategic initiatives and reporting.
