This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Paycom Payroll processing (including multi-state payroll and reporting), along with strong knowledge of benefits administration, including FMLA, STD, LTD, and USERRA.This position is critical as we look to implement or manage an FMLA third-party solution—or potentially administer it in-house. The right candidate will be integral in shaping that process and taking ownership of compliance and employee support functions. Responsibilities:Process end-to-end payroll using Paycom, including state wage reporting and complianceMaintain payroll records, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely, accurate payroll processingAdminister benefits programs including FMLA, short-term/long-term disability, USERRA, and other leave typesSupport the setup or management of a third-party FMLA solution—or oversee in-house administration if requiredServe as a resource to employees regarding pay and benefits questionsEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsPartner with HR to assist in onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records Qualifications and Requirements:2+ years of payroll processing experience, Paycom experience strongly preferredKnowledge of multi-state payroll and reportingStrong understanding of benefits administration and compliance with leave laws (FMLA, STD, LTD, USERRA)Ability to work independently and manage time effectivelyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsDiscretion in handling confidential information Benefits and Perks:$60,000-$74,000Medical Benefits Holidays, PTO, 401KTraining & GrowthYour New Organization:A global auto parts manufacturer leader since 1984.
