Mercer Marsh Benefits has an exciting opportunity available for a global central oversight benefits analyst (GCO-BA) who will responsible for performing centralized tasks in support of country-specific deliverables for a large multinational Global Benefits Management (GBM) client, working through any changes or issues that arise.

The GCO-BA will collaborate with our GBM, Retirement and Darwin teams (global, regional and local colleagues) to support local MMB country operational needs as well as coordination and tracking of activities in place to improve the current process.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Monitoring local country performance and work collaboratively to resolve any issues by coordinating issue resolution tracker

Supporting with evaluation of systems, tools, processes and providing recommendations for updates an improvement

Ensuring communication and collaboration is taking place effectively with extended teams to meet client needs and expectations.

Researching country requirements, maintaining administration delivery accuracy, and tracking defect through resolution.

Provide administration and analytical support to consultants to ensure policies are administered in an accurate and timely manner based on global and local requirements

To keep and maintain accurate, up to date records of activities in accordance with agreed standards and procedures.

What makes you ideal for the role?

BA/BS degree required

Effective time and project management skills

Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

2+ years in specific domains of HR administration (Healthcare & Group Benefits) is preferred

Superior communication, and listening skills

Ability to work within a remote and global team environment

Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and deliver workloads.

Proven ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with ‘key’ internal and external client contacts and personalities
