Provide segment-agnostic, customer event support to Cigna HealthcareSupport benefit educators in a designated geographic area. Includes all aspects of benefit educator’s hiring, onboarding and coachingResponsible for end-to-end coordination of customer events including material development and orderingResolve inquiries, conduct research, collaborate, and provide information to various segment business partners regarding customer engagement touchpointsIdentify ways to streamline procedures between departments/segmentsEscalate non-routine issues, consulting with leadership as appropriateEngage in customer engagement/enrollment planning by providing insights to supervisor/leadership on market needs to promote efficiencySupport designated enrollment budget and escalation processes (where applicable) to align with appropriate resource deploymentMaintain customer engagement activities within Salesforce and other applicable toolsFulfill local market report requests and analyze the local market customer engagementFollow established guidelines and procedures of benefit education events and other events as assigned Act as a liaison to the sales teams and client / producer as needed including coordination of materials for event supportContribute to projects to focus on efficiency and effectiveness of customer engagements processes, guidelines, and systemsOther
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree; in health education, health administration, marketing, business, or related field preferredAbility to obtain insurance license as directed if requested by managementExcellent written and communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks is requiredAbility to develop strong working relationships with matrix partners in the organization; ability to leverage matrix resources to drive deliverablesProficient in Microsoft Programs (PowerPoint, Word), CRM system (Salesforce.com)Flexibility to adapt to changing workflows, in a fast paced, deadline driven environmentAbility to work independently and as a member of a teamBilingual or multi-lingual a plusIf you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
