A Benefit Coordinator coordinates and implements department activities and projects, as assigned\. Provides clerical and office support and assistance to department management\.
**What will I be doing?**
The Benefit Coordinator coordinates and implements department activities and projects, as assigned\. Provides clerical and office support and assistance to department management\. Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
+ Manage paperwork for subsidies, right holders, medical breaks and other corresponding Essalud benefits\.
+ Make the affiliations in the EPS to each worker and coordinate with the brocker the entry of team members to the plan\.
+ Manage the life insurance law for each team member with the respective documentation\.
+ Report monthly information for payroll: Subsidies, medical breaks and discounts\.
+ Manage the EPS policy: Guarantee letters, respective documentation \(invoice, credit notes, folders, etc\.\)
+ Manage the SCTR PENSION as SCTR SALUD and make the monthly declaration\.
+ Coordinate health and wellness campaings for team members\.
+ Coordinates projects and activities and projects, as assigned\.
+ Manage the FOLA
+ Coordinate internal events
+ Generate agreements oriented to Our Purpose H4U
+ Train Team Members in the Health policies
+ Participate in the induction of new Team Members
+ Coordinate health and wellness campaings for Team Members
+ Participate in the Sports Olympics Committee
+ Provides clerical and office support and assistance to department management
+ Maintain communication with departments involved in the assigned project/activity
+ Route incoming mail, faxes, and packages
+ Answer telephone and assist internal and external guests with requests
+ Writes correspondence on behalf of the department
+ Makes copies, send/distributes outgoing mail
+ Uses email system to deliver and accept emails
+ Greet internal and external customers when entering the department
+ Assist with a variety of requests
+ Maintains detailed filing system for department
+ Maintain office supplies for department
+ Report all unsafe conditions immediately
+ Attend all mandatory meetings
+ Follow and know emergency procedures as needed
+ Keep work area clean and organized
+ Maintain a good working relationship with other department, employees, and guess
